These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by Norfolk Fireworks Ltd and your use of this website.

By purchasing from us or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Legal Requirements

It is illegal for any person under the age of 18 to purchase fireworks or possess fireworks in a public place.

All fireworks supplied by Norfolk Fireworks Ltd conform to British Standard BS 7114 Part 2: 1988 or EN14035 and must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions provided.

Fireworks may be used between 7:00am and 11:00pm, except:

  • Bonfire Night – until midnight
  • Diwali – until 1:00am
  • New Year’s Eve – until 1:00am
  • Chinese New Year – until 1:00am

Purchasing

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 years or over. We are licensed to sell fireworks all year round.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, BACS and cash payments.

Minimum order value: £50.

Click & Collect and local/nationwide delivery are available (subject to minimum spend).

Early Ordering

Due to increased demand around 5th November, customers are advised to place orders at least 14 days in advance, particularly where delivery is required. Deliveries may be temporarily suspended during peak trading periods.

Storage

  • Up to 50kg of 1.4G fireworks for up to 21 days
  • Up to 5kg of 1.3G fireworks for up to 3 days

Where 1.3G and 1.4G fireworks are stored together, all items must be treated as 1.3G for storage purposes.

Firework Categories

  • Category 1 – Indoor fireworks
  • Category 2 – Smaller garden fireworks (minimum safety distance 5–8 metres)
  • Category 3 – Larger garden and display fireworks (minimum safety distance 25 metres)
  • Category 4 – Professional use only

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once despatched.

Where applicable, we comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, providing a 7-day cancellation period from receipt of goods.

Collection charges and original delivery costs will be deducted from any refund issued. PayPal fees may also apply where relevant.

Complaints, Shortages & Faulty Goods

Faulty goods must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. Goods must not be used before inspection.

Where a product is confirmed faulty due to a manufacturing defect or damage prior to delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Norfolk Fireworks Ltd shall not be liable where failure is due to Force Majeure, including (but not limited to) adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, Government action, supplier delays or material shortages.
