Delivery
The minimum order value is £150. Local customers can take advantage of our free click and collect service. Delivery minimum spend requirements are based on your postcode. If the minimum spend for your area is not met, delivery will not be available and the following message will be displayed at checkout:
Shipping not available
“Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.”
Please note that if you are collecting your order then there is no minimum spend.
Pre-order: Any order that contains pre-order fireworks will be held until all products are available and ready to be dispatched or collected.
All pre-order products are subject to date change, as the date of arrival/availability. All pre-order products are estimated to the best of our knowledge.
We now offer FREE delivery to eligible postcodes for orders £500 and over. Please contact us to confirm your eligibility. This offer excludes remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, and some postcodes in Cornwall and Perth.
Please let us know in the order notes if you require your fireworks for a specific date.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS & INFORMATION
🔞 Age Restriction
All orders must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. All consignments must be signed for.
⏰ Delivery Timing
Your order will be delivered within 5–7 working days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. While tracking is not available, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
If your postcode isn't on our list, don't worry—we might still be able to deliver to your area! Please contact us for clarification, as we can often arrange delivery for you, subject to a minimum spend.
It is important you use an address where someone will be able to sign for your order. Where possible use a business address for your delivery as it’s more likely that someone will be there. REMEMBER. Legally, fireworks have to be signed for by someone over 18 and identification may be required.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises or under 18, a re-delivery will need to be arranged. Please note that re-delivery is subject to a £30 surcharge so please ensure that there is an adult over the age of 18 available to sign for the fireworks.
CLICK & COLLECT
Our Click & Collect service provides a convenient method for collecting your orders, exempting you from minimum spend requirements and postage and packaging charges.
We respectfully request that customers await notification of their order's readiness before proceeding to our premises. Processing times are subject to variation, influenced by staff availability and seasonal demand. While a slight delay may be anticipated during peak periods, orders are generally processed on the same day.
For urgent requirements concerning fireworks, we recommend prior contact to ascertain availability. We endeavour to accommodate all such requests.
