The minimum order value for delivery is £100.00. Your postcode will determine the minimum spend required for delivery. If you do not meet the minimum spend for your postcode, then delivery will not be available and you will see the following message at the checkout.

Shipping not available

“Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.”

There is no minimum order for collections.

Please let us know in the order notes if you require your fireworks for a specific date.

RED ZONE - MINIMUM SPEND £250.00 - POSTCODES - IP28, IP26, IP27, IP18, PE34, PE33, PE32, PE30, PE31, PE36, IP31, IP23, PE38, IP16, IP13, IP22, IP24, NR19, NR20, NR21, NR22, NR23, NR35, NR32, NR33, IP19, IP25, IP28, IP26, IP27, IP18, PE34, PE33, PE32, PE30, PE31, PE36, PE38).

If your postcode is not listed, it does not necessarily imply that we are unable to deliver to your area. We encourage you to contact us for clarification, as we may still be able to arrange delivery for you, subject to a minimum spend.

ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE SIGNED FOR

It is important you use an address where someone will be able to sign for your order. Where possible use a business address for your delivery as it’s more likely that someone will be there. REMEMBER. Legally, fireworks have to be signed for by someone over 18 and identification may be required.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises or under 18, a re-delivery will need to be arranged. Please note that re-delivery is subject to a £30 surcharge so please ensure that there is an adult over the age of 18 available to sign for the fireworks.

CLICK & COLLECT

Customers have the option to select the "CLICK & COLLECT" service with no minimum spend or postage & packaging charge. However, we kindly request that customers refrain from arriving until they have been notified that their order is ready for collection. While the waiting time can be as short as 60 minutes, it may vary depending on staff availability and the time of year. During peak season, there may be a slight delay, but typically, orders are processed on the same day. For urgent fireworks requirements, please contact us in advance to confirm availability before placing your order, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Orders must only be made by persons over the age of 18.

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Items may be withdrawn if the stock is sold out. Where certain items become unavailable, these will be replaced with an item of similar effect, size and of at least the same price. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will try to contact you and offer an alternative or you will be given a full refund. Alternative goods will not be substituted without your express permission.
