2. Select Click & Collect
Choose Click & Collect at checkout so we can prepare your order for collection.

3. Quick Turnaround
Our team processes orders promptly. Most are ready the same day, often within as little as one hour.

4. Wait for Confirmation
You will receive an email or SMS once your order is ready. Please do not arrive until you have received confirmation.

5. Collect Your Order
Bring your order confirmation and valid photographic ID. Once collected, you are ready to go.

During peak trading periods, we may allocate specific collection time windows due to high demand and limited staff handling collections.
