Best Fireworks for Bonfire Night 2026 – Our Top Picks
Bonfire Night is fast approaching, and if you're planning your own display this year, choosing the right fireworks can make the difference between a good display and a spectacular one.
At Norfolk Fireworks, fireworks aren't simply something we sell – they're our passion. We stock a huge range from some of the UK's leading brands and carefully select products that we believe offer excellent performance and value for money.
Whether you're spending £100 on a family garden display or putting together something much larger, here are some of our favourites for Bonfire Night 2026.
Pyro Venom by Pyroworx
One of the products we're most excited about for 2026 is Pyro Venom from Pyroworx.
This premium pack contains nine individual barrages and delivers approximately 10–12 minutes of fireworks when fired individually.
With 2,475.5g NEC, a mixture of effects and the performance we've come to expect from Pyroworx, it's easy to see why Pyro Venom has already become one of our standout products for 2026.
If you want the convenience of buying one pack that can form the backbone of an entire display, Pyro Venom is well worth considering.
System Override by Pyroworx
Looking for a finale?
System Override is a 100-shot compound firework designed to make an impact.
Featuring large 30mm tubes, approximately 50 seconds of action and a mixture of powerful effects, this is exactly the type of firework we'd save until the end of a display.
A good display should build towards something memorable, and System Override certainly fits the bill.
Masterclass by Pyroworx
If you'd rather have much of the hard work done for you, Masterclass is another exciting addition for 2026.
With an impressive 300 shots and approximately 100 seconds of duration, Masterclass gives you a complete display from a single product.
Compound fireworks have become incredibly popular because multiple sections are already connected together, giving customers an impressive sequence without having to individually ignite numerous separate fireworks.
Boneshaker by Pyroworx
Sometimes you don't need several minutes of fireworks – you want something that hits hard and gets everyone's attention.
That's where Boneshaker comes in.
With 61 shots and approximately 50 seconds of action, this is another of our new additions for 2026 and one for customers who like their fireworks on the louder side.
Don't Forget the Rockets
A good selection of rockets adds another dimension to a display.
Rather than firing everything at once, we like using rockets between barrages to change the pace of a display. Larger rockets can produce impressive high-altitude bursts that you simply don't get from ground-based fireworks.
Our current range includes everything from smaller rocket packs through to considerably larger premium rockets.
What Fireworks Should You Choose?
There isn't one perfect firework display.
For a smaller family display, we'd generally recommend concentrating your budget on several good-quality fireworks rather than buying dozens of smaller items simply to increase the quantity.
For larger displays, combining barrages, rockets and compound fireworks allows you to vary the pace before finishing with your largest firework.
Most importantly, always check the category and safety distance of every firework before purchasing and make sure your firing area is suitable.
